Account Manager (Social Media)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the client's social media presence across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord, YouTube, and others as required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, scheduling, monitoring, planning, and analyzing content to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Curation:

Support in Developing engaging and creative content ideas for social media platforms.

Curate relevant content from industry sources to enhance our online presence.

  • Scheduling and Posting:

Schedule posts across different social media channels using scheduling tools.

Ensure consistent and timely posting according to content calendar.

  • Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms.

Foster community engagement and maintain a positive brand image.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media metrics and trends to inform strategy.

Prepare regular reports on social media performance and growth.

  • Campaign Planning and Execution:

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.

Collaborate with marketing team to align social media with overall marketing initiatives.

  • Stay Updated:

Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Implement new features and functionalities to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  2. Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.

  3. Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools, and content management systems.

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  5. Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.

  • Additional Requirements:

Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
