Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for an Ads Specialist who can develop, implement, and manage effective advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, excellent analytical skills, and experience with major advertising platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize ad performance
Create compelling ad copy and visual content in collaboration with the creative team
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs and ROI targets
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective ad spending
Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives and strategies
Requirements
Proven experience as an Ads Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role
Proficiency in using major advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, PPC, SEO, and conversion rate optimization
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus
